Q. How do I get tickets?
A. Tickets are sold nightly at the event gate as well as ahead of time on the website. Buying tickets ahead of time does expedite your entrance

Q. How many times does my ticket allow me to go through?
A. One ticket admits you through the attraction one time. If you want to go through multiple times, you must buy a ticket for each time you want to go through. If, for any reason, you need to exit before you finish the attraction, you will not get a refund or another ticket to return. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Q. Is there anything I should be warned about ahead of time?
A. There are fog machines, strobe lights and special effects in use. We use both live actors, moving and non-moving props. Props, actors and effects might confuse and disorient you. We have security cameras through out the attraction for both your protection and ours.

Q. Is this event safe? Is it handicap-accessible?
A. We do not use any open flames, moving floors or anything that would obstruct your path to an exit. The exits are clearly marked and there is absolutely NO SMOKING! The event is not handicap-accessible.

Q. How long does it take to go through?
A. It takes about 12 minutes from start to finish. The timing of the event is up to you. The more you run from the ghosts the quicker it takes.

Q. Will the ghosts grab me or touch me?
A. No ghosts/actors will touch any of the patrons. The patrons are not to touch any of the ghosts/actors or the sets and props. If you are caught touching anyone or anything, you will be ejected with no refund and subject to arrest for any harm or damage you may have caused. No foul language or bad behavior will be tolerated and are grounds for ejection, at our discretion.

Q. Will it be too scary for my children?
A. The attraction is geared for people 13 years and up. Anyone who scares easily will find this attraction frightening. Children 12 and under are not recommended for attendance.

Q. What if it rains?
A. Our attraction is open rain or shine. The attraction is located inside a building protected from the rain. NO refunds will be given due to rain.

Q. Is there parking?
A. There are several public parking lots in Provincetown near the attraction. We recommend the lot at Fisherman's Wharf in the center of town, which is the closest. Parking is plentiful during the off-season and FREE.
